Nepal was struck by severe flash floods on 26 August 2026 resulting in loss of life, widespread displacement and extensive damage to homes, roads, bridges, hydropower facilities and other critical infrastructure. Japanese nationals/Institutions including Foreign nationals/Institutions, Nepalese residing abroad, Non-resident Nepalese willing to donate or send Relief Fund to designated Prime Minister Relief Accounts are heartly requested to use the following instrument. ネパールでは2026年8月26日に深刻な鉄砲水が発生し、多くの人命が失われたほか、広範囲にわたる避難者が出ました。また、住宅、道路、橋、水力発電施設、その他の主要インフラにも甚大な被害が生じています。
